Tricot
The tricot fabric used for Hüsler duvets is made of 100 % cotton from controlled organic cultivation. Thanks to the large-meshed fabric, the cover offers optimum air permeability and a pleasantly dry sleeping climate without heat build-up.
Satin
The satin cover is made of 100 % cotton from controlled organic cultivation. The fabric is tightly woven and less air-permeable than tricot. This makes the duvet feel warmer.
Duvets are like the roof over our sleeping place. They provide warmth, security, and a dry, pleasant climate. Everyone feels warmth differently, and so we have a wide selection of different duvets. They are available in both light and medium versions and can be freely combined. So, you too can find your personal favourite quilt.

Features of our duvet covers
Fine satin
The fine satin cover of our duvets with camel hair filling is made of 100 % MicroModal®. Micromodal is a natural fibre obtained from wood cellulose. The densely woven satin is not very air-permeable and is pleasantly warm.
Batiste
The cover is made of 100 % cotton batiste, entirely from controlled organic cultivation. It is woven into a light, fine-threaded fabric and retains high air permeability.
Frequently asked questions
Natural materials can be of animal or plant origin. If they are processed untreated in their original structure, the natural functions of the material are preserved. Textiles made of natural materials are antibacterial, dirt-repellent and odour-neutralising, as well as breathable and water-binding. Virgin sheep’s wool, alpaca, and camel hair as well as linen meet these requirements. On contact with oxygen, and ideally with high humidity, the cell structures open up and trapped dirt is released. After being shaken out vigorously, textiles are then fresh again.
Cushions, duvets and pillows made of non-washable materials, such as virgin sheep’s wool, should be aired in the fresh air and shaken out vigorously. Shady conditions are recommended, but damp, misty fresh air is even better. This is the best way for wool to regenerate. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Stains can be washed out with a generous quantity of carbonated water. Dirt marks on the cover are however unavoidable.
The perfect bedroom temperature is 16 – 18° C with a relative humidity of 40 – 60 %.
